An old and rare wine made from selected Trebbiano. Malvasia and Verdea grapes. The grapes are left to wither for three months on trellises before pressing. According to tradition, the must ferments for five years on its lees in sealed barrels called "caratelli".
Vinsanto is the history of an oral tradition that has been handed down, generation to generation, through the centuries. It unequivocally represents the best of our farm.
It dedicate to "Dario". It takes its name from the founder of the Mori family, Dario. Every year, with great care, in his eighties, he devotes himself with a ritual almost " magical " to " accommodation of the vinsanto", choosing only the best barrels for bottling.
